Every song on this album is strong and some are great. Jackson Browne stands out as a lyricist, and on this album he has some real things to write about, with music and performances that match the feeling of the songs.

My favorite is My Personal Revenge which was written by an apartheid sufferer. Very touching lyrics about forgiveness.

One of Jackson Browne's finest recordings and not to be missed. "Lights and Virtues" has some of the most inspiring lyrics he has written. An eloquent, powwerful record by a very talented artist indeed

There are at least four very good songs on this CD: I Am A Patriot, Enough Of The Night, World In Motion, and Lights And Virtues. I also like tracks 3 & 4 almost as well as the four abovementioned.
