It is a drastic improvement from Sonic Boom but still lacks the heart at lead guitar!! Tommy is just not a good guitarist!!
  • A “Monster” let down!

The album is full of some cool riffs, but the songs aren’t very good. Gene and Paul forgot how to write good Kiss songs. I stopped liking Paul’s singing style after Lick it Up. Sometimes it’s better to just not release an album.

I've never been a fan, till I saw them Live 03/02/20.... it was a Monday it took us about 2 hours 15 minutes to get there and it was well worth it ,the the place was packed. I had never seen so many people .... it was totally insane . Had backstage passes and everyone was amazing Epecially Tommy Thayer ! I will never forget my experience it will always be a highlight in my life!! Thanks again Tommy for making my friends dream come true!!!!!! I will forever be A true KISS fan.......

Monster is another great album by the hottest band in the world but I wish iTunes had KISS’s Sonic Boom album on here.

I think that Monster by KISS is the best studio album they’ve did since Creatures of the Night. Yes I think that Monster is better than Revenge, to me this is heavier than all of the 80’s albums it comes very close to Revenge but there is one song on here that barely beats Unholy and that’s Back to the Stone Age! The only song I really can live without is Eat Your Heart Out the beginning is awful but the rest of the song is ok. I think Gene and Paul deliver very well on this album. My favorite Paul song off the album is Freak. It is so good! My favorite Gene song is Back to the Stone Age (also in my opinion the best track off the album.) Also has anyone else noticed that the first 5 songs kinda fade into each other especially Wall of Sound and Freak?

The only reason this record isn’t bigger is because it’s the last one and people tend to prefer “the old stuff”. The songs are amazing and Eric’s singing on All for the Love of Rock n Roll is amazing!
  • Just ok
