Listening to Jack White always brings a smile to my face. It’s great to listen to unique, well orchestrated and performed music and lyrics. Nothing else like him out there. Thanks dude.

This album seems like Jack White is escaping from his usual White Stripes formula. Sixteen Saltines sounds like the White Stripes. But everything else is a little different. Less vigorous is a way to describe it. Still very blues inspired, though. Only complaint is that the album as a whole isn’t as memorable as some of the White Stripes albums

This album was hard to get used to at first, due to his different approaches to music in white stripes and raconteurs. However, i listened to it about three times and it took me away. The sheer creativity that was put into this album is unbelievable. Jack white is one of the best artists that have brought back blues and rock

This is amazing but I just wish that he was still in the white stripes. Don't get me wrong, he is amazing but he was better in the white stripes

This album is absolutely incredible and everything that Jack does is top notch. No it's not like his other bands, this is its own thing and is very eccentric compared to the white stripes and such. Get the album you can't go wrong with Jack White

Fantastic album. Some moments of loud rock fun, a lot of moments of finesse and intricate musicianship. Great lyrics. Overall this is Jack’s best work. While it’s a ‘solo’ album, he worked with a lot of different people in touring and making this album. Well worth it in any format, especially vinyl.
