I love Best Coast and respect them for what they do in their own right - but I do hear a Liz Phair influence which in my opinion is only a terrific compliment. I love this track and listened to it for about a month straight!

I dare you to try to listen to this song without grinning like an idiot. It's pretty simply the prettiest pop nugget, most joy-filled tune that's coming out of my headphones right now. I just saw Best Coast play live last night, in fact, and they were wonderful. Very much looking forward to a full length from them.
