But this was quite the exception for me. I love the Unplugged series and upon first seeing this air, I was pretty awestruck with this performance. The best part is I don't really know the origonal versions except for 'Forever Young' & 'Maggie May' but I like this very much and definitly reccomend it to fans and non fans like.

Although this evening does not match Clapton's, Rod more than holds his own. His voice is in fine form, and with the addition of Ronnie Wood & the accoustic setting, Stewart shines as he plays many of his early hits. His cover of Van Morrison's "Have I told you lately" is excellent, and his rendition of the folk standard "Highgate Shuffle" will satisfy even the most jaded. Bottom line, this is $11.99 well spent. Enjoy!
