I have enjoyed Warren's music for three decades. Emotionally this is his greatest album. To hang on through this extremely painful kind of cancer and finish the album, what courage. Musically it's great and made even more special because you can hear the pain in his voice and you can empathize with the great effort he went through to craft this album.

This is without a doubt one of my favorite albums of all time and it is one of the most underrated. Warren Zevon was dying of cancer while recording this album and the feelings he puts into these songs will have you in tears. Also, many of his musician friends join him on many of the songs. Listen closely to the songs and you will here Bruce Springsteen and Tommy Shaw on background vocals. To me, Zevon was on of the best songwriters of all time. Buy this and you will listen over and over again.

Warren Zevon is... Was & still is a genius. Keep me in your heart from one cancer survivor to all the rest out there that are dealing with this monster.

This one is heartbreaking in its honesty- always loved him as a quirky dude but to do this as his last offering shows that he was a true rock poet from the 60's and was a warrior. Almost cant get through Keep Me in Your Heart, as with the best, its so true it makes your soul cry. Love you Warren- see you some day

I don't really know who Warren is till I heard his song on the movie "funny people" I liked it and I found out that he had cancer and was living with the pain. I got this song to remember the struggle that some face, and to be thankful for what god gave you. God bless his soul and all others that have passed away from cancer.and to the person under me I am sorry for your lose
