I bought the vinyl back in 73. Still one of my favorites. This is a fine specimen of musical craftsmanship.

This is a very solid album. The songs are evocative and stick in your head after a few listens. "Where Will I Be'", "Page 43, "Games" and "The Wall Song" are some of Crosby's best vocals ever.

Crosby and Nash's first duo album contains some of their best work in any context. When it was new, it very well complimented certain contemplative moods and made an excellent companion album to Neil Young's "Harvest". I've had the LP all these years as well as a good cassette copy that lived in my car for a long time. It's about time that it becomes both a CD in my collection and part of my iPod's contents. Very highly recommended for anyone who's enjoyed any other music from these two guys.

I bought this album when it first came out on vinyl in 1972. I was floored by it then, I've been floored by it since then, and I continue to be floored by it on CD nearly 40 years later. David and Graham's first duo album, supported by an amazing group of friends. To this day, Where Will I Be?/Page 43 is an amazing 1-2 punch from Crosby. The sentiments are so dead on, and David's voice just cuts right through you. As noted previously, their vocals together are simply a wonder; and seeing them w/Stills just last month, I came away so impressed that they still sound so incredible. As a side note, it's worth pointing out that this first album of theirs is titled Graham Nash/David Crosby; it wasn't until the next album that they switched over to Crosby/Nash.

All I can say is my dad gave me his records. Yes real vinyl. I would spend hours flipping through these things and he would poke his head in and sing lyrics bringing back memories from his youth. When I stumbled upon Graham Nash and David Crosby I fell in love. The harmonica is killer on southbound train. Thanks to the internet I can relive these guys with my dad. Love this album and so many more...

I originally bought this back in the 70's, and it has stayed one of my favorite Graham Nash/David Crosby albums. The harmonies, the simplistic yet intensely melodic arrangements make these timeless tracks. if you choose to download nothing else, check out "where will i be?'', ''Page 43'', and ''strangers Room''. This vinyl used to be on my stereo, and now the whole album is on my i pod. You won't be disappointed. If you like this, give a listen to Wind on the Water. two thumbs up.
