    Loving the Healing Meditation for Deep Rest track as it sends me off to sweet dreams with the gentle guided meditation and the soft sound of the ocean waves. The additional music tracks are also quite relaxing for the afternoon or when things are a little stressful. With 7 long tracks, this is a great bargain for those on a budget like myself.

    I've been looking for more good meditations that were guided by a voice that wasn't too strong and allowed my mind and body to uncontract with ease. Christine's voice works well for me, almost as though being soothed to rest and relaxation by a very nurturing and wise mother. Been using the yoga nidra relaxation frequently for those quick "power naps." The allowing practice is also quite beneficial, too. How nice the album includes tracks with music and nature sounds as a bonus.
