Great jam. Has great replay value. Not a fan of the latest EP, but this one is beautiful and fun.

There is a b side off the Amerian Pie first movie soundtrack which is awesome by 3EB, please add the album or song "New Girl" for purchase!
  • Um, what did I just listen to...?

This EP is a smorgasbord of random, modern pop imitation...not the innovative, creative, soaring guitar riffs and inspiring lyrics of 90’s 3EB. Time to hang it up, SJ.

A definite improvement over the lackluster last release. Dark and moody 3eb > cheery and poppy 3eb.
  • Hang it up, SJ...

Loved you for years but, to quote you, the moment is gone and won't come again.

Much better than dopamine IMO....a step up musically and lyrically but still missing that thing....now get back with Xeb and give us what we want! The whole package!

This is my band so I always get really excited when they release another album ... I'm 31 a fan since I was 12 and they just keep getting better... the only thing I would change on this album is a few more songs, the sounds are more modern with a their old school roots tied in..don't stop making music ever Stephan
  • Decent riffs, poor narrative

A couple of songs start off well but fade quickly into the overpowering and odd lyrics. As has been the case with the last couple of released albums from Stephan Jenkins. After a minute I'm not sure what I am listening to or what the point is...there's no momentum of energy carried through the tracks that makes me want to listen to the songs ever again. These songs could fill the white noise on an elevator and no one would be the wiser. He's no Bob Dylan and needs talented bandmates, or at least trust them more, with creative direction.

A longtime fan of 3EB and their great live performances. I was so disappointed in Dopamine and what I felt was a complete abandonment of everything that made 3EB great. This EP is a step above Dopamine - largely because of Company of Strangers, Don't Give In & Weightless. You can definitely hear some traditional 3EB in parts of this. A better effort, a little more punch in places, but the recording still feels sterile and confined at times. I wonder what the product would be if SJ gave up some control - writing as a band - hit the record button and just let it rip?
