Not a good movie!! Do not waste your money!!

Very very bad

ARCHENEMY asks the question: if Superman crashed broken and battered onto a planet where his powers don't work, would anybody believe him? Would he still be a hero? Adam Egypt Mortimer's original story is beautifully shot, and wonderfully performed by this compelling cast, led by Joe Manganiello.

The premise of a man, down on his luck, talking about being from another dimension where he used to have superpowers, it was just too good to pass up. Archenemy did not disappoint. It entertained and left me wanting more, more of this world, and more films like it. Joe Manganiello was unknown to me before this film, though apparantly I've seen some of his films. A great casting decision, he really brought the role. The rest of the cast was great as well, no one felt out of place. Thank you Adam Egypt Mortimer for this gem, and I hope you do more films along these lines in the future!

What is this?

Hadn’t heard or knew anything about this movie but it looked interesting so I gave it a go. Truly entertained and was worth adding to my library

Archenemy is the gritty origin story of an unlikely modern-day (super)hero that turns the genre on its head. Not a perfect movie, but it’s thoroughly entertaining nonetheless and leaves a lot of potential for an expanded universe. Standout performances by Manganiello, Griggs, Brooks, Scheer, and Howerton. Oh… and that El Camino is amazing!! ;)

Great movie. Fun watch, wish it was a series so there was more to watch.

Complete rip off, got to learn how to figure these out by the previews. Do not waste your money.
