  • Um... Why did the "Kay" chick have to ruin it?

My Name is Kay is actually an amazing artist. Her songs are really good and she has a great future ahead of her. I don't like the song though. Sounds like all of the other ones out there. Blah!
  • I knew this would happen

After Night Shades came out i was worried this would happen. Not the song but the genre. It a ok song but why, why did they move over to the pop side. I said pop was taking over the music world and this is proof. Please Cobra Starship, please go back to your While the City Sleeps side or !Viva la Cobra! or both. Don't become a victim; or am i too late?
  • Way to go DOWNHILL

I love My Name Is Kay, so I bought it. The lyrics are terribly cliché. Also, it says this was released last July? I follow Kay's stuff a lot and I haven't seen this. Interesting.

Sorry Cobra Starship... It's not that great. The album version has a stronger vibe. If you liked Usher's Dj's Got Us Fallin in Love, then this song is perfect for you. The real reasoning behind this is the fact that they wanted to support their new single, and middle finger (the one after You Make Me Feel) did terrible chart-wise, so they had to find a way to hype the song so people would remember them. They also added this Kay girl because they've had success bringing in lesser known female singers. So I understand the reasoning, but the album versions better.
