I love Sarah, and have all of her other albums, but I cannot condone or support iTunes in allowing the record companies to raise song prices by 30%...especially in the midst of a recession. What other industry do you see a 30% price increase overnight; it's pure greed. On principle alone, I'll only buy $.99 songs from iTunes going forward; as for the other higher priced songs, I'll get them from somewhere else.

You had the right price point, why are you messing with this price point!
I purchased around 1100 songs at .099cents or $1,089 in business.
Now I will be very selective and substantially reduce my purchases, or worse
not make any purchases at all.
Good way to lose Customers like myself!
your Management is penney wise and pound foolish charging $1.29 per song, I hope you re-think your pricing strategy fast!

The occasion becomes more and more rare to have the pleasure of enjoying a new Sarah McLachlan song. My opinion is "get it while it's hot, get it while you can"! If you're so cheap that you would let $.30 dissuade you from having a new song from Sarah, then perhaps you're not worthy!

I normally love every song that she writes, but not this time. This one's so generic that it feels completely phoned-in. What happened to the Sarah McLachlan that had such soul & depth & beauty to her music???
