This disc has so many memories stored up along with it. I had lost the physical CDs for this album and so thankful for the opportunity to buy it on iTunes. Storyhill's music is so much more than just a bunch of songs. They take you on a journey that few artists today can accomplish. I have seen the duo live a bunch of times and still can't wait to do it again someday soon. Buy this album - and just take each song in. Beautiful.

Great singers, great songwriters. If you ever have a chance to catch Storyhill doing a live concert it's worth every penny. I was at one of the shows were this album was recorded and it brings back wonderful memories. Wish the sound recording was a little better, but you can't miss the passion for music, for performance, and some amazing live harmonies. Enjoy!
  • The best songs in the world, tainted by poor production

Buy their older, studio version of these songs.
  • This is the album that Roadtrips are made of...

There is no better moment in time than the one captured in this album. From the bitterness and road weary emotion to the exhalation of closing a chapter and moving on; the power, emotion and raw talent these stage veterans display is something to be honored. You have to note the symmetry of the 'double disc' layout. (tracks 1-20 and 21-35) This album and a roadtrip across Iowa, Nebraska to Colorado, and back, became my rite of passage. If truly, deeply, listened to, this music will take you on the emotional roller-coster that no other artists could, or can, take you on. Pull out a map, gas up the car, burn the double discs and enjoy the ride. Chris, John, I thank you.

Old songs, new songs, Storyhill has the best harmonies bar none! I can listen to them for hours at a time.
