The kind of music that sticks with you, and makes keeps you humming. Both words and music are memorable. We played Storyhill during a dinner party and our guests immediately picked up on it and wanted to know who it was; it is great as background and foreground music. I play it while I'm working; it helps my creative juices flow!

Why isn't the old Chris and Johnny material available here? Come on fellas, Stillwater, Absaroka Air. Alas I have them, but why not here?
  • Consistently great album throughout

Cough up the change and buy the whole album. This is one of those great records that you can listen to again and again and keep finding new things to love about it. Like another reviewer said, I have about 6 or 7 "favorite" songs on this album, but it flows very naturally from one song to the next and kept me engaged as a listener all the way through. Great harmonies, tight guitar work and perfect production! Listen to the samples of "Give Up the Ghost," "Paradise Lost," "Love Will Find You," "Sacramento," and "Happy Man" to get a feel for what these guys are all about.

Strong individual voices, even better harmonies. Great melodies and music that fits the lyrics. Highly recommended.

Chris & John's music has haunted me for more than 10 years. This labum showcases their tight guitar stylings and amazing lyrics, which have only improved over the years. I guarantee that this album won't leave your cd player once you get it....it has been the only album in my car since it came out!

These guys are amazing. Prior to signing with RedHouse, they recorded several live shows/albums. I'm always a fan of live records since it truly showcases ones skill; however this is probably their best album ever. Front to back, every song is well written, sung, and played. The vocals, guitar, and meaning of each shine through and I highly recommend this to everybody. And go see them in concert - super nice guys whom I guarantee you will be impressed by!

Chris Cunningham and John Hermanson have been making wonderful music since the late 80s and I am so glad that they signed with Red House so that more people will be exposed to them. This is a solid album top to bottom with my favorite tracks being "Ballad of Joe Snowboard," "Highlight," "Fallen," and "Sacramento." Give these likable guys a listen!
