  • Loved Him Last Night

I saw John perform live at the promenade last night, and may I just say that his music made me speechless. I cannot remember the last time listening to music made me smile as much as I did listening to him. Not to mention I was at the lowest point I have ever been in my life. His music lit me up, and he is the best artist I have heard in a very long time. Might I also mention that I have never, not once in my life, bought CD's from artists performing at the promenade, even though many of them have been pretty good. I did not even hesitate to buy two of John's. Do yourself a favor and listen to his music.

I saw john in concert at the keyclub and i have to say that he was amazing; he makes it's so personal and i love how he gets into it. He does this little hand thing that's so adorable when he's really feelin' the music. He knows how to put on a show, make it fun, and intrigue the listener. He's definitely worth how much his cd is. His freshness in music will keep you clicking the repeat button, as it did with me.

I cant wait until his next cd is out! I'm loving that song I heard him play at the roxy on monday "incredible" the song really is just that. John West is not only a great singer but he is one of the most welcoming and friendly individuals I've met in a while. Support John West by buying his music, you wont be disappointed.

John West's music is truly refreshing to hear, especially now in these times when it seems music has turned stale. John West has a fresh approach and a love and passion that can be heard in each song. And he's a really Sweet guy! ( he actually responds to myspace fan messages!) haha! If you are reading this John! Keep up the music!....

John's got some latent hits on this live album that it's gonna' make you giddy for discovering his music. Kinda' being let in on a juicy secret and you can't keep it to yourself. It's okay though. This is one secret you can tell everybody you know. Let 'em in on John West's music stylings. Some suggestions as far as songs you HAVE to tell everybody about - Rise, TV Channels, Keep it Together, and Keep on Loving. Okay, that's like half the album, but catch the small snippet they let you listen for free and it'll hook you onto his music, that you'll be wanting more. Check it out!

John West is the epitome of a true artist with a love for music and his fan base. With each and every show, his charismatic and melodic tunes not only captivate listeners but they keep you singing all night long. This album is just the beginning for John West and I hope that good things happen for such a chill musician with a very apparent love for performing. It's just somthing about John's drilling overtones and soothing voice that almost pull you in to the music. From "Keep It Together" to his "Umbrella" cover (found on his website I think), the versatility of this artist is unmatched. Seriously, check out this album! And try to see him in concert...I guarantee you'll become a fan.
