I can't really believe that Ms. Micarelli would have such a drastic turnaround from her beautiful classical crossover music to this chill music-esque sound. I really couldn't listen past the third or fourth track. A huge letdown from Music From a Farther Room.

Slightly disappointed. Was expecting a better flow. On (Music From A Farther Room) Lucia made the violin absolutely sing from her soul. Didn't feel it with this one. Didn't care for the diary reading. Those things are only amusing to the individual who wrote them in the first place. Felt like it was just a way to add minutes to the CD. Still believe Lucia has amazing talent and not at all sorry I purchased the CD, was just expecting it to knock your socks off like the first album.

I went completely bananas when I heard this album. The first track is starts the album out on a severe note. By the 3rd track, "The Fish", you realize this album is vaguely different. This is just superb music with a twist of humor. Great!

This album is like Gatorade. It is the extra thing you need at the end of a race to replenish your soul. I am listening now and all I can feel are the raw emotions of old movie-star beauty and grace. I think I like The Fish best. It says to me " Remember today, it was a good day. "

I found out about lucia through The wonderfull Josh Groban, and fell in love with her music. One of the best no questions asked.

Holy Cow! This is a total turn around from her first album! Not that her first album was bad or anything, the sound is totally different. I am a little disapointed that she didn't put Kahmir on this album. Hopefully that will come out as a single!
