This is one of the better rain albums. It can be turned down low and it sounds like it is really coming from my window! I am still waiting for a 'real rain in the background' album . This still deserves a 5 star rating and you can't beat the price!

This soundtrack has been a wonderful, relaxing miracle for me. I'm someone who finds it difficult to sleep with other people and noises in the house. No problems with downloading the music. Plays from my nano w/o any issues. The consistent rain noise makes it very easy for me to tune out tv noise, conversations, kitchen sounds etc. and just relax into sleep.

Bought this tonight after my husbands sound machine stopped working in hope of atleast burning him a CD with the sound of rain to help him sleep tonight.. well... it wouldnt transfer with sound.. so a waste of my money!

Great album, realistic sound, very calming. I absolutely love the rain, and this album brings the rain inside your bedroom. I had no problems playing this album on my IPOD Classic. I play it in my newborn daughter's bedroom when she is sleeping / trying to fall asleep. In other words, I listen to it on the baby monitor day and night. The best buy in rain sound albums as compared with other overpriced albums of the same type.

When I downloaded this it won't play on my ipod OR on itunes. I found out other people have had problems like this with the ocean waves album. I tried using itunes/ipod support which didn't help and now i'm e-mailing them directly hoping they can help. I'd probably give it a five star IF it worked.......

Thats what it is. It is not white noise static or bacon sizzling on a hot griddle. It is a well recorded rainfall.
It's Appalachia in April and Oregon in October.
It's fresh air and sweet water.
It is my favorite David Sun.

Although it is repetitive and simple, the monotony is perfect for relaxing the mind, spirit, and body. In addition, it is a great buy for only $4, unlike many $10 ambient albums. All in all, this 68 (not 108) minute album is a very good buy.
