This album is absolutely amazing. It is just a contsant waterfall sound for an hour, but it is so relaxing. I have only had it for a week and I have gotten to the point where I cannot sleep or study without it. It calms me for when I need to sleep and it keeps me focused when I need to study. It is a great album and it is incredibly cheap. I would go so far as to say that it is really worth more that what they are charging for it.
