I’m not sure which REO albums you own, but this album is unreal. I love High Infidelity, but this album is even better than that one.

I started listening to REO back in the mid 70’s with Tuna Fish and I have all their music and have seen them live many times. I know High Infidelity was the band’s high point, but I think Good Trouble is a better collection of songs. I’d put Nine Lives ahead of Fidelity also. Good Trouble has such good energy and Bruce Hall gets a few moments in front of the mike. Kevin’s voice on The Key and I’ll Follow You are his best, in my opinion. Gary absolutely shreds on Stillness of the Night. It’s a great album.
  • Most underrated album but not true

A lot of reo speedwagon fans think that this album was a weak album but it truly is not great follow up to the album prior to it and most of the songs on the track list sound like ones from hi infidelity it should have been more of a hit than the attention the media was giving it which is such ashamed
  • Another REO Classic

Great work. I does not have the commercial pop that Hi Infidelity had. It sounds like classic REO jamming in the basement of one of their houses. Awesome if you ask me. Maybe better than Hi Infidelity.

A magnificent album. They rushed to write and record this album because the record company wanted them to put it out before the Hi Infidelity hype wore off. Critics hated it because they were probably fed up with too much REO at the time. A truly underrated album. You will not regret buying this album. The album is a hybrid of Hi Infidelity and Nine Lives.

When I was about 15, I bought this album at the local Woolworths for about $3. I originally got it for the single"Keep the Fire Burning". But after I started playing the album, every single song sounded awesome and before I knew it,I had memorized the whole album! It didn't get much airplay, but 1 thru 10 this album is Great!! I had forgot about till the other day and it just popped in my mind. By the way, I'm 41, so to me,this album has stood the test of time! One of best all around!!!
