This is the by far the best work of the Isley Brothers. I too have been looking for this CD for a long time. I had the LP and Cassette. The music is incredible, the lyrics...just awesome. This is truly a must have. Thanks ITunes!!

I actually had this album originally on album, then i got it as a japanese import on cd. Even tho I have it already, i'm glad that it's out for everybody to get. This is one of their finest album that should be re-released in the states for eveyone to own. This album is truly one of many "masterpieces" of the isley's. (the gems on this espeaclly is "if leaving me was easy" and "come to me", along with "may i?"

I've waiting years for the re-release of this great piece of work. I once had this on LP and I can tell you that this is one of their better albums. When this was originally released in 1984, the Isleys were at a crossroad in their career. The younger three members left the group to form their own band, Isley Jasper Isley and this was their first release under the Warner Bros label after spending many years with T-Neck Records. The original three members were back together again for the first time since 1972. Ron Isley is at it again mixing his smooth silky voice to the soft slow tunes of “You Never Know When You're Gonna Fall In Love” and “If Leaving Me Is Easy” which are clearly classics. And the song “Stay Gold” is a remarkable remake from a song originally done by Stevie Wonder. Ron puts his signature on it with his distinctive high voice. Not a lot of up tempo stuff just smooth, relaxing, easy to listen to music. If you’re an Isley Brother fan get this. This is truly a Masterpiece.

I have been waiting a long time for the re-release of this classic piece of work. As usual the Isley's don't let you down! I was all of 13 yrs.old when this was originally released and the melodic strands of "May I" has been stuck in the back of my head all this time and after wishing and hoping here it is for me to cherish!
If anyone is a fan of the Isley's this is one piece of work that is a must have! The song "Come To Me" has to be a true rarely heard classic as is "My Best Was Good Enough"! I'm so proud that I came up in a time that blessed me with such Quality Music and Artist; and to think these cats are still at and doing it oh so well! This is one stand out effort for the changer!
