  • Painfully Horrible

Horrible, horrible, horrible, terrible, horrible. Did I mention horrible? The characters were stiff and unconvincing as if they were only working together because they were being punished. Better luck next time.

Good ending but getting there was like walking in snow up to your waist. Very poorly written. I felt bad for the considerably talented supporting actors. It made me feel their careers were coming to an end and this is all that was available. Didn't like Karl Urban at all. Bad look, no charisma, can't act. The director took the easy (predictable) way in every scene, in every line.

I finally found it. The worst movie ever made.
  • So low budget, I feel bad for everyone involved.

Obviously shot in Europe, but they tried to pretend it took place in a city somewhere in the U.S. You can spot all European cars in every scene. The cops drove BMW’s - what U.S. city does that happen? The movie was so low budget, they had to cover every car’s logo. My first review and I’m only writing this to let you know that your better off watching porn as it has the same film quality, writing and acting and its free.

It was worth a rent. Particularly if you're a fan of Karl Urban. The film suffers from quite a few cliches, and a serious lack of momentum. By the time the lead character is sleeping with good hearted strippers, and making deals with shady government agents (while sleeping with them) we've already forgotten all the reasons he's supposedly pining away for his lost love. And all the reasons he's "investigating" the wrong that was done to him seem to fade away in the midst of a crime that has absolutely nothing to do with him. That story is just bookends to something else all together.
