Such a great resource for anyone wanting to introduce their child to yoga. There are 2 tracks for each song. The first one is just the music, and the second is the music with instruction. My 3 year old absolutely loves all the songs and asks for them constantly. I love listening to them as well, and find them engaging without being overly stimulating. They hold the attention of children well, without getting them wound up. I would recommend this cd to anyone interested in yoga. Even listening to the tracks in the car is great!
