Not the same, the romance is gone and it seems more about sex and he stopped making songs about the Lord. I prefer his classics it had so much meaning and touched the soul with his lyrics, I hope he brings back the romance to the radio. Been a true fan from back in the days and may the Lord continue to bless this man.

I've been a fan for years but it sounds like he did this at his own studio and did not master some of these tracks at all. Different EQ settings on different songs. I can't even find 3 songs worthy to make me download the album. Come on B McKnight :-(

I love 4th of July, Sweeter, Don't Stop, and More Than Words. When I saw him in concert he opened with Don't Stop and made eye contact with me on one of the lines (probably why I love it now) KEEP DOING YOUR THANG B!

Why do this when you're capable of so much more? What stands out in my mind is that halfway through listening to the songs, I became distracted by the words in the title of some of the songs being strung together into one word (like Musiq Soulchild did in his FIRST album). That's a problem for someone like me because when I listen to music, I listen to and for everything. I try to make a connection to the music. I try to HEAR the artist. I want to feel the music as an experience, become a part of that album's journey. Something was missing from this album - not enough of one thing and too much of something else. Either way, this project seemed so disjointed. And at times, it sounded like there was a song being played behind the song being played. Weird. Anyway, Brian, you are an accomplished, talented, award-winning songwriter and singer. Even more, you have soul. There was a time when I believed you bled sound because your musicality was unmatched. Do Better.

I admit I'm disappointed. However, "Livewithouyou" and "Good Love" are classic Brian McKnight. All of the upbeat songs are......nevermind......:-((

Well Brian I won't go as hard and some but.... I have to admit there is something missing. I understand trying something new but this is not it. Please don't try to follow the young artist. That's not music. Go back to the basic.

I love Brian McKnight. He has an amazing voice. He writes wonderful lyrics. However, you can no longer hear and feel the emotion behind his music. He's out of touch with himself!

..ummm N O !! This album is some straight up junk! BM needs to call on somebody else to produce the next album..PERIOD. This sounds like some put together crap with no thought!! It sounds sooo 80's & tired. 1star is far too generous.
