Growing up listening to the blues, my dad asked me to listen to this new cd he just bought called tank full of blues by Dion... So after listening to it he said what do u think?? I said its awesome.. He said now do u know who Dion is.. I said no... He said he is the singer of run round sue and wonder why... Lets just say I'm amazed ... Luv it.. This is something I could listen to all day :)

As a jazz singer, but lovere of the blues Dion is addictive. I was in the iTunes store to get a few of his sixties songs and accidently found his blues albums.
I've been listening for an hour and a half. I had no idea. ABSOLUTLY AWSOME!!

When a serious singer, songwriter or musician matures and realizes that so too must his music, sometimes something wonderful evolves. This clearly is the case for the legendary Dion and his latest work, Tank Full of Blues. Dion, who has reinvented himself many times over the years, is worthy of the acclaim this new release should provide him. Unfortunately, far too few will likely take the time to listen or have themselves evolved enough musically to realize this CD will not include a remastered version of Run Around Sue. Congratulations Dion and thanks.

LOVE IT! At first I only downloaded a couple of tunes until I realized how great the entire disk is! An easy 5 stars to for this and Dion who has so graciously shaped much of our music over many decades! Thank You Dion!

Dude is 72 years old and has still got it!! This is a great blues album with some cool jams and hot guitar licks. Highly Recommend.
