Ahhhh...I agree with the simply divine review...this album brought me to a sweet space each time I've listened. Drop of Water has a deep impact for me. I feel so refreshed and radiant...this type of meditation should be prescribed for those with stress and anxiety, as it will all melt away with this meditation practice.

As a visual person, I loved Christine's meditations. She is very descriptive and takes you on a journey of inner discovery. The album resonates with love and I felt a deep sense of healing while listening and as I carried on my day after the meditation. The yoga nidra was a nice bonus. I've played it a few times in the afternoon when I'm feeling drowsy and I've noticed I "wake" up feeling more refreshed.

With a simple angelic quality, Christine took me on 3 beautiful meditations. Her visualizations were very effective and I loved the Healing Light meditation and Resting as Love. I felt so blissful the first time I listened to them and I'm still exploring that bliss each time I've listened. I highly recommend this album to deepen your meditation practice and allow the heart to expand. Beautiful!
