I just happen to stumble across this magnificent talent early one morning and have not been able stop listening to her! Everyone I've turned her on to feels the same. And where did she get that guitarist?!!! All I can say is AWSOME!

That was the exact quote from Don Imus when Warren Haynes played on his show and Ruthie Foster supplied the vocals and I know what he means. I bought this album after hearing her on Man in Motion and no one is this blessed with that voice, that band and those tracks. Do not hesitate, if you are looking at this, you are interested and you have to have it. I've played it over and over and its been a long time since I've done that. I cannot give a more glowing review. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So talented. Best singer in any genre right now. This is a nice introduction to Ruthie, but I still like "Phenomenal Woman" as her best top to bottow record. If you don't know her.... you need to know her!
