Finally, a Christian album that's different from all the others out there. That's because they're all the same as they speak from the bible itself and not from experience. Boltz doesn't sugar-coat it like the others, as he creates powerful songs that make you think as well about the message that he conveys in his music. My favorites are "God Knows I've Tried", "Don't Tell Me Who To Love", "Following Her Dreams", and "Who Would Jesus Love", which are four of the best tracks out of this near-flawless album and we need more of this type of music. Bravo, Ray Boltz! You've made a believer out of me.
Amazing!!!

The first albumn I have ever lived this much. Every song is perfect. Still annointed, still on fire for God and yes... Even if he had not come out years ago... Still gay! This album could do s lot to bridge the gap between gay and straight christians. Thank you Ray.

I abs. love this album. I saw him perform live and fell in love with his music all over again. Regardless of what PEOPLE may think about him spiritually, the fact is that this is a friggin' great album. The songs are down to earth and exude a lot of HEART. I highly recommend this album to anyone... especially those who are questioning their Convictions and Attractions. This is an affirmation of what God's true love is all about.
A new inspiration through his own personal testimony

Ray Boltz, a three time Dove Award winning Contemporary Christian artist, decided in 2004 that his life needed to change as well. After 20 years of being a staple in the Christian music industry and selling over 4 million albums, Boltz told his wife and children that he was gay. Boltz captured the attention of the Contemporary Christian Music industry by garnering three Dove Awards, two gold albums, one gold video and 12 number one singles. Ray, Thank You for having the courage to publicly announce the embracement of your true orientation at great personal cost. You have given hope to countless gay, lesbian & transgendered Christians who have been made to feel that they were unworthy of God's love. We can listen to your testimony now with hearts anew, knowing that there is hope & salvation available to all of God's children, regardless of who you love!
A personal and musical triumph

Am I an oddity for having become a fan of Ray Boltz AFTER he came out? Perhaps the "mainstream" Christian music industry doesn't know "what to do with him" now, but I feel that his music, and his message, will find new listeners, and I am one of them. This is powerful music.
