"Tonight" is a good effort, buut, it just seems very uninspired and generic. What makes Cazwell so great to listen to is the risks he usually takes in his music. His lyrics are well written, clever, AND hilarious with a unique sound backing his vocals. 'All of Your Face' and 'I Seen Beyonce' were some of my favorite songs of their respective years - I STILL throw on "ISB" when I'm getting ready to go out because there is nothing else like it in my music collection.
While 'Tonight' is good and worth the $0.99 download, it's just doesn't seem very Cazwell to me. Maybe he wants to go in a new direction, and we all know you can't please all of the people all of the time, right?

Cazwell has put me on the fence, recently. I like the down to earth dirty grit that he brings, and the campy prop-filled lifestyle that creates a character which is larger than life (or other rappers) - and still can carry that gay edge. I think he is one of the best, no doubt about it, and buying this single was a no brainer. I also enjoy that his image is more "real" in this photo, and not so candy coated and based on some spraypaint and fluff. xoxo Cazwell - keep it real.
