Brown Noise for Sleep

I live in a big city. My upstairs neighbors must be half-deaf because they shout when they talk and play the tv and stereo really loud. Otherwise they're nice folks. The traffic out my window is pretty much 24/7. In summer my window a/c blocks a lot of noise, but I needed something for the rest of the year. White and pink noise generators are too high-pitched for me, but this sounds pretty much like the soothing low-pitched hum of my a/c. I put it on replay to run all night. It doesn't block 100% of the outside noises, but that's one of the prices you pay for city living. It very definitely helps. I recommend it.

For years I've had problems sleeping, mainly from being a light sleeper. This sound is completely neutral and very relaxing. I've been sleeping with song on repeat for 3 years. Definitely worth it!
