I don't know how these folks do it. I feel like their off in England somewhere in an apartment with some cats and they just make this magical music with a computer and whatever's in their place. I think their previous album is my favorite and this one is a little more quirky, but I just love it. It feels great to listen to. Definitely recommended.
an enjoyable listen

psapp had really impressed me with their first two records and this one is a solid record as well. featuring great dynamics between the delicate instrumentals and the beautiful vocals, it is a formula that works perfectly. toward the middle of this album it started to sound a little stagnant, but towards the end songs like "Screws" and "Parker" end the album on a great finish. I can't wait to hear more from this act in the future. I also highly recommend their other albums
Nice beat

I imported this album back in October and love it, but I wonder why we don't get the bonus track or booklet in the US? Disappointing. I won't take a star away for it, though. I also wish we were able to buy the Monster Song b-sides.

Psapp continues to amaze me with this one. Their songs are lyrical, delicate and deliberate, weighty with Galia's vocals yet always with a playful tone. Decidedly more upbeat every song is entertaining, with a more expressive and even aggressive style than what was on The Only Thing I Ever Wanted. Favorites include I Want That, Part Like Waves, Screw, and Parker. Definitely one for any eclectic collection.
