I love these guys and can’t wait to see them in concert! More bands need to bring back the old real music

Like many others, I loved the new, raw sound that this band brought in their first couple albums. THIS was the sound of rock and roll’s FUTURE!! Then they abandoned everything that made them great. Their last 2 albums are absolute trash. Over conceptualized and egotistical glory rides that snub their noses in the faces of the fans that made them stars. You folks that keep stroking their overgrown egos need to stop, and remember the music that made you ask “who the heck is THAT band?!?!”

I for one know the different tonalities in a music agents relationship with a talented songwriter. Most of Greta Van Fleets music is from many years of songwriting. So believe me this songwriter didn’t step on any feet with GvF. I know from experience that this is a learning experience and yes that songwriter is going to step on a lot of feet. No pun intended. From album to album I can hear the few hours put into the catalog. No scoop scoop or Lamborghini cat calls. Best album so far that I’ve heard this year.
  • This Album tells a STORY.

Great new age 70’s rock album. Tells a story from start to finish and I think it’s brilliant. 1) Fate of the faithful is fighting for what you believe but being scrutinized for it. 2) The Falling Sky is feeling the weight of what you believe and not knowing if it’s all just a lie or not. 3) The Archer is about sin and choosing the right or wrong path. (Favorite track on the album) 4) Meeting the Master is finding God and being saved for holding your faith. The album felt religious or almost like lord of the rings and I dig it. Every track hits BESIDES runway blues. Felt thrown in there. Either way great album 🤘

With each new album they keep reaffirming my desire to explore their career. Yes, they do have a Led Zeppelin like sound, but they add to it Rush-style deep-thinking lyrics. I was raised on Zepplin, Rush, and Dream Theater....and I'm actually excited to know what comes next after this album.

Listened to this latest Greta Van Fleet new release but I had to stop midway they it was that bad. The singer just screams doesn't really sing. And as another reviewer mentioned the production is terrible. If this were 1973 these guys wouldn't have a chance getting a record deal.
  • PHENOMENAL!

In my humble opinion, the best rock album that I have listened to in a long time! Their finest effort so far. I cannot wait to see them live!
