Kind of reminds me of Vic, beats and production are underwelming and flows are monotone. Not the best but not the worst, nothing I will probably ever really play but nothing that is awful. Well the songs Abbracadbbra and Pug Ugly are pretty awful, 80’s Rock Ballard sounds like a Take Me Home demo. Seems like alot of trying to sound old school here when that era has passed so just sounds forced and generic now. Did I mention production lacking here, seems stripped down and boring. But don’t get it twisted, still purchased it. Violent J and 2 Dope are legends and ANY new music from the ICP is welcomed! I’m Ugly is my favorite track in here but it is more of an intro. Yum Yum Bedlam had some real classics though so the bar was set high. *Regret, Insomnia, Something to See, Here Comes the Carnival, *Im Fine, Carnival of Lights, Aint no Time…so much goodness on YYB, I was hoping some of that goodness would carry over to the EP’s. I guess I just like the more poppish sounding ICP with singing chants and the like rather then the recycled 99 carnival sound like Pug Ugly and Vic.
