Reviews

  • They Need the Mick Taylor Era

    3
    By The Fearmakers
By Steel Wheels Tour Keith was lost in the mix somewhat. Ron Wood was semi retired and it was Mick's job to perform, but his voice is faulty. Not the best year and the first year when The Stones began sounding like a kind of Nostalgic Road Show. Wish they'd put Philadelphia Special 1972 out there like they're doing here. Mick Taylor was the best live lead guitar they (or most bands) ever had. Plus the fact this tour already has the album Flashpoint and, the best of the three inclduing this one, Live in Tokyo.
