I like the bayou sound that he used to have. I wish he would record more of that. Loved him on American Idol. This is good country music, but I miss the pop-bluesy sound that I I know he is very capable of singing. Country music is not my favorite choice.

Well, I am thrilled to hear Laine is back. Great sound and perfect for that smooth velvet voice he has. Add the looks and boy o' boy country music fans will be sure to like Laine.. I do hope he brings some of his swampy "bayou" sounds to his albums down the road.
