    Almost great. Two things keep it from being great: sound quality (good but could use a little more reverberation for a more powerful effect) and not quite the best interpretation, in my opinion. Also, you can buy this album for $4.95 on the Amazon MP3 store.

    This sounds to be like an exceptional recording, BUT, in my opinion this recording of Tchaikovsky's Sym. 4 doesn't even come close to what Herbert von Karajan has done with the Berlin Philharmonic. He truely understands what heights Tchaikovsky's bombast and eccentricity are capable of reaching. Give Karajan and the Berliner Philharmoniker a good listen. I promise he won't disappoint.
