I first saw The Dead Deads when they opened for a couple of larger acts, and to be brutally honest, they stole the show. They have a compelling stage presence live and I was hooked. I later kicked myself for not going to their merch stand to meet them, because they often seem to spend time talking to and hanging with their fans, aka "The Dead Corps." This album's sound is amazing and contains a good variety of their music including most of my personal favorites, and other than the little shout out tracks you see in the track listing there's not a lot of the extraneous stuff (long speeches, excess crowd noise, etc) you hear in a lot of live ablums, just a really good 4-piece rock band putting on a rock show. I enjoyed this and really hope to see them again live soon.
