This music is so deep. Way to go Tenth Ave for tackling subjects so many people avoid. I feel like people need to talk on these subjects more, and to hear it in a song from a Godly viewpoint is awesome! Good job yall

tenth always has good songs. this, however, has exceeded everything else they’ve made. i’m sorry if you disagree. they’re talking about hard/sensitive topics, so i will say, take a listen before you let your kids hear it, but, wow. this is gold right here. this is what the church needs. we’ve taken too long to start talking about these things. well done, tenth avenue north. they’re following God’s heart and exposing the darker parts.

ANOTHER SONG FOR MY FREEDOM PLAYLIST! To be partially known is to be partially loved. to be fully known is the pathway to being fully loved.

Wow. This definitely took me a few listens to get into but now I’ve listened a few times and it’s absolutely amazing. These are topics maybe “too much for some” as one review put it but that’s why the EP is called “The Things We’ve Been Afraid to Say!” It’s hard but we need to talk about these sins and struggles together to come together and overcome them. Favorite tracks for me right now would be...all of them haha. Honestly can’t pick a favorite, but the last track “I’m Listening” is probably one of the deepest and most honest tracks Tenth Ave has put out yet. Keep it up guys! 👍🏻
  • Not appropriate for some

These painfully graphic depictions of sin do more harm than good. Wallowing in a problem is quite different than offering hope.

They just keep getting better and better be it as artists, musicians, and as writers. For them to write about these topics will lift burdens and encourage extremely important conversations. It is grievious there are any taboo topics in the Church and it is wonderful someone is bold enough and cares about people so much to encourage discussions about a few of them.
  • Very raw and emotional

Their work has always been very raw, but these songs especially hit hard. Really beautiful stuff.
  • Unprecedented

Bible based, just how I like it.

This EP is really awesome. Honest and hard topics are explored in a very graceful way. I’m very impressed with the message and boldness in these songs. It is brave, honest, and a message that is very much needed today.
