Loving all these new songs from Jessie J 😍 My only gripe is that I REALLY wish she would’ve just released all 4 EP’s together as one complete album instead of 4 separate EPs (I feel like it would’ve done a lot better chart wise that way & gotten the recognition it deserves if it was treated as an actual album rather than 4 “separate projects” or w/e BUT I honestly can’t complain because regardless of how it was presented we still got all of these amazing new songs from Jessie & I couldn’t be happier about that! Keep up the great work Jessie & I can’t wait to see what you do next because like always, I know it’ll be amazing 😉🖤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Continuing onto the next portion of R.O.S.E, Jessie finds herself singing about things she has obsessed over, and either continues to or has over come. Real Deal is about relationships, Not My Ex continues that path, Petty goes hard (2nd fav song on the album) and talks about toxic friendships, and Four Letter Word is one of the most emotional tracks on the record - about her trying to be a mother but her health says otherwise. This EP is amazing!

With “Obsessions” we find Scotland born songstress Jessie J. Starting to find her purpose for why she’s in the best time of her career & her life
This 2nd chapter of “R.O.S.E.” delivers some more of her exceptional voice which is also surprisingly candid at times; none more poignant than in “Not my Ex” which is about a woman who tells her current partner why her previous relationship ended up being no what she hoped & at the same time warning him to “Just Remember, You’re Not my Ex”, which means that she’s slowly beginning to fall in love again & vice versa
So far this amazing album is making good on what it delivers not only for its music but also how honest & refreshing it sounds in today’s scene; and I still have to listen to the last 2 chapters to find out why she deserves more recognition than what she ever imagined
