Big fan of Trentemoller. One of my favorites to listen and see live. However this new album was a real miss (bad) for me. Loving the sound and soul of the older albums and work. This new group of songs just sounds heartless/soul less like a tv commercial. Kind of just popular electronic music that only teenagers on drugs will like. Is this a new direction or ??? Feel bad about harsh review, but im such a huge Fan of the other albums for years! get back to your own style ! Still a big fan of you. - Vard.

i just happened to discover their new album this morning and downloaded immediately. i'm writing this as i listen, so it might not be the fairest review, but i always stumble into their work at fatalistically appropriate times and you tend to know when you're in love. i've listened to trentemoller for a long time but hadn't heard much from them until i randomly looked them up and found this sitting there, begging me to listen on the perfect gloomiest winter day (a rarity where i live). definitely more of an 80's post punk/new wave/shoe gaze throwback than their previous material but amazing nonetheless. this album will be getting me through the rest of this horrendously terrible year. they couldn't have released it at a better time.
