Very unique. Love the smooth transitions. It threw me off guard in some parts, but that's a good thing, because it's still way enjoyable

A step away from his usual style for certain, nonetheless Danny has put together something that I was able to connect with very well. His music has been a part of my life for a long time, and this album will be one more part: the songs give us insight to the mind of the creator, much moreso than could have been noticed before, and there is almost a philosophy shared in the tracks. The cooperative pieces are also a nice touch, mixing styles well. Some tracks derive from previous works, (some more obviously than others) providing almost a sense of nostalgia that is enhanced by the music. I only wish i had known this came out two months ago! It is quite relevant to my life, and it seems as though it could be for anyone. I don't need you to agree with me, just listen to it!

I’ve been waiting years for another album to be released by C418, and finally, its here! 148! It is absolutely fantastic. A must buy for the lover of electronic or chiptune.

This album was released with no warning, and it took me by surprise. As I listened to it, I heard new material, but I also heard some familiar tunes. These familiar tunes were different, however. C418 is known for using a single melody and making several songs based upon that one melody. This is prevalent on "one" and it's on this album, too. Songs like "Droopy Remembers" and "Vierton" are new songs made of old parts. He went back through his earlier work and took inspiration from it to make this album. That is what I find so facinating about C418, the way he can make many songs out of a few sounds. 148 flows quite nicely and is a great listen. If you are a C418 fan or an electronic music fan, get this albym.

As a rabid C418 fan, I was more than happy when he released this album. I wasn't expecting much other than his classic ambient musical numbers. But, I was very pleased to see this album is a lot like 72 Minutes Of Fame. But...it's better than that album in every single way. He actually sung in a few of the songs! Loved the change! I have to say Habitual Crush is really a triumph in lyrics (because it was about a believable relation ship and not just "I love you") and music! Every song in this album is unbelievable. Buy it now! This has been a review by a person™.

Another extremely powerful C418 album. The first three tracks are the most emotional pieces of music I've ever heard. It's focused, well made and definitely worth purchasing, even if you don't like other C418. There's something for everybody in this for sure.
