Just saw PMJ live earlier this week; I saw them in January as well. The amazing part is that the 2 shows were extremely different! This album has a completely differnt ensemble of artists. Sara Niemietz is delightful (Hey Ya). LaVance Colley's singing is outrageous on Halo. Cristina Gatti is a classic plain and simply timeless singing, 'Someday'. There's something for everybody on this. I absolutely love Joey Cook singing, 'Say May Name'. Scott Bradlee's concept of supporting the up and coming artists in a live setting is so worth supporting. If you can't see them live, Just get the album and have your own party!

They released Halo before the entire album came out on their Facebook (the video of the performance) and it blew my socks off. I immediately downloaded the song and have had it on repeat because his vocals are so incredible. Hands down my favorite song from the album so far, that and Someday because I'm a huge Strokes fan 😀 I love what PMJ does reconstructing songs and giving them a cool throw back vibe. The different spin makes you fall in love with the song all over again.
