    I ran into Good Eats when I was... ten (I think?) on Food Network and fell in love with it! Now I'm a full blown teen with goals of becoming a chef and I still watch the re-runs and the new episodes. I turn to this show when I'm cooking something and don't understand how. Good Eats is informative, entertaining, funny, goofy, and did I mention the puppets?

    Alton brown is my generations juila childs, well mix in ahalf cup of bill nye the science guy, a nd sprinkle with monty python, and a pnich of red green. good show and thanks i tunes please bring more good eats to the table please.

    Alton knows his stuff. And he teaches it all so well. Good Eats is more than just a list of recipes and people making menus for their soirée. The show teaches you HOW to create things, and WHY the ingredients work together. Not to mention the history. It's like a chemistry class you can eat. Highly recommended.
