    A lot of medical shows have come and gone, but I think this and M*A*S*H are in a league of their own. Michael Crichton created this show from this own experiences working in a busy hospital, and even though this cast has known many faces, all of them have left their mark. There's a great Inside Media at the Paley Center interview on this show. Glad to have had 15 seasons of this series to cherish.

    I fell in love with ER. Madly in love. The first episode i saw? America, you guessed it correctly- And In The End. I was so sad, that i got on the ER boat after it docked now i watch religiously on TNT I'll miss y'all <3

    ER has been one of my favorite shows, but after all the older cast members left the spark left also, but in the las few episodes espc. the las t episode at the very end when Carter says "Are you coming Dr. Greene?" it take you right back to season 1 with Carter not knowing how to stich someone up. It was a great show at the start and the end

    I believe that ER was the best show on thursday nights! I stayed up and recorded every episode of ER! I love thi show so much, it really is a shame to see it end! I hope they willl come back with another show just like ER! I cryed though out all the episodes! The first was defently a great way to start out the final season! And the ending, started just as season 1 started! I love this show to death! Great job everybody!! Sincerly Jessica, ER's biggest fan!

    i dont really remember the last time i watch ER but i used to really love the show. i think like 2002 or 3 was the last Biy its a great show. too bad it had to come to an end

    There are many episodes which I will always hold "near to my heart", since I have been an avid fan from the start, but I do not think I cried so hard as I did with the final episode,"And In The End". "Wow, it gave you a little taste of heaven with most of the characters stopping by to add their great touch to a wonderful longevity of a T.V. series. I am a Nurse by profession & I remembered all the characters as they made their entrances. You have to buy this one & the Retrospective as well so you can say "you remember when".They both are classics! You won't be sorry! Goodbye E.R., we sure will miss you!!!!!

    I have to admit that I was one of the people who said "ER is still on?" After seeing some of the episodes of this season, I could have kicked myself. Great storylines, especially with the one played out by David Lyons who nailed being a survivor of child trauma, but with the scars to prove it. Angela Bassett infused her star power into the show and she was riveting to watch in "Heal Thyself". I was shocked to see John Stamos actually pulling his weight on screen. The final episode was a tasteful homage to the first episode, and I got a lump in my throat during the final few minutes. It was like an seeing an old friend you haven't seen in a while, having a great time and then having to move on. Thanks, ER, and to an wonderful cast and crew.

    The season finale of ER occured Thursday night, and I couldn't stop crying the entire time. I've watched the show for years, and it definetely grew on me. Dr. Carter, Dr. Gates, everyone who worked in the ER i loved! I loved the ending of the last episode, but im not gonna spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. Such a heartwrenching, teardropping experience. Best show hands down.
