The series is fantasically written and visually amazing. I loved the Death Note aspect of it and I would watch it again.

How come they didn't simply post their message and then set off the EMP from the very beginning instead of all of those riddles?
  • So much potential, so little time :(

Visually, it's fantastic. The music is great as well. But everything else falls kinda flat. I personally blame the show's length for that. The story had SOOO MUCH potential, but it just felt so rushed. The whole thing was like a series with no beginning, just a middle/end. The show tries to make you care about characters who get very little character development because the creators try to cram this whole thing in just 11 episodes. This would've been much better as a 24-25 episode series, with more backstory to the two terrorist characters (their struggles, their dreams, their regrets), more riddles for the cops to solve, more cat-and-mouse games with the white haired girl, and MORE EXPLOSIONS!! By the end of the last episode, I just didn't care about what happened to the characters, because I didn't have time to get to fully get to know them. I recommend atleast giving it a try, and if you find yourselves disagreeing with my assessment, congratulations.
