Doctor Hugo Hackenbush, Tony, and Stuffy try to save Judy's farm by winning a big race with her horse. There are a few problems. Hackenbush runs a high priced clinic for the wealthy who don't know he has his degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Downloaded this movie to my Ipad, watched it for 15 min and then turned it off. Went to finish watching it the next day and it was gone. Now I am told that I have to buy it again? Not fair or cool, buyer beware.

I love the ones that iTunes has available for the Marx Brothers movies on their website but I for one wish that they would get MORE of their catalog of films and have them available for download to those of us who love the convenience of instant (OK not quite instant, you can only download as fast as the broadband carrier can allow) movie gratification. Other than that I believe this to be the FINEST of those available for iTunes download. If you agree and want more, please click the yes button and just maybe someone at iTunes will see it! Worth the rental price, but don't get your hopes too high.

It's no Duck Soup, but A Day at the Races still offers some genuinely funny Marx Brothers moments. It's a little long for a Marx Brothers movie and at times it feels as if the Brothers Marx were added as an afterthought, especially during the crooning and ballet scenes. Look past the things that don't quite fit and it's a good movie.

Great Comedy, but no HD without Apple TV

Physical and verbal chaos make the Marx Brothers the comedy kings of their time, and this movie is one of their best. Groucho, Chico, and Harpo may be clichéd characters, but you'll love 'em anyway. After all these years, this stuff is still FUNNY. I would give it an extra star if you didn't have to buy Apple TV for the HD version. My Mac Mini is hooked to my HD TV. Why do I need Apple TV?
