I watched this at a time when I was in a very dark state of mind. The movie had a powerful message for me and that message was that I should appreciate life as it is much more than I was currently doing at the time, because I’ll never know if I’ll get to live another day. I’ve watched this movie a handful of times now and it never fails to bring me to tears and it allows me to reflect on my own mistakes without judging myself in a negative way. This movie, surprisingly, is responsible for the growth I had as a person. And to this day, it still helps grow and learn a bit more. Thank you.

As mediocre as this movie is, it changed my perspective on life. Especially spending time with those whom we love and care about. I’ve been putting in effort every since.
  • Dark, depressing and boring.

This is "Ground Hog Day" as a dark movie. Not funny, not fun, but painful. Probably would have been good had this come out 25 years ago, but the story is retold so many times, and that is all this is. I did like the main character, but it was absolutely painful to sit through till the end knowning she was going to die "one" day. Had I not paid to rent it I would have turned it off the first 15 minutes. The director just didn't have it in this movie. Save your rmoney and buy Bill Murreys version, which isn't painful at all.

Made me cry. And also made me very angry. Pretty movie though. The atmosphere was perfect and the story was a bit unoriginal, but I forgive.
  • It’s Perfection up until the final scene (No spoiler)

The movie was great and exactly what the trailer made it to be but unfortunately i can’t get over the fact that Sam’s final decision realistically contradicts everything she wants to achieve. That final act will make things worst for that person and that ruins how i thought i’d feel about the movie. I hear it’s based off a novel but the writer’s and producers could've considered an alternative ending.

It was hard for me to stay focused on what was happening because I was so distracted by the things that were not. I'm glad the author got a chance to bring her book to life but I do wish that it could have stayed more true to the book. I understand there are huge costs to pay to creat a movie and somethings have to be cut due to pricing and the fact that the entire audience hadn't read the book and wouldn't understand everything. BUT it was only supposed to be seven days they had to play out and I feel like in that time they could have captured more of the brilliant, thrilling and utterly heartbreaking parts of this book.
  • I love the idea.
