This album is perfect. Great to use for guided focus whether it be for meditation or any creative work. It is also great for ambient music as I used it while walking g around the crowded bustle of NYC and the pure and vibrant sounds brought serenity to my afternoon.

After getting into meditation a few years ago and using it along with various sounds to alter my consciousness, my life has never been the safe. I love using singing bowls to relax my mind after a long days work or for any occasion. But, they are not the most portable of things. After looking for something to put onto my iPod to take with me to parks and other spots I ran into this music album for listening to various singing bowl sounds and tones. I love the variety and length of the tracks as each song has a very different personality about it. The records and album are all very high quality and sounds as if I’m sitting in my bedroom using the real thing. If you’ve been looking around for this sort of thing to help with progressions in meditation or relaxing, look no further!

This music selection is a great pick if one is looking for relaxing meditation music that is peaceful yet haunting. I found the bowls to be ominous at times, but the fullness of the sound was strong throughout the album. The album smoothly flows from one meditative track to the next, nicely fading out with the last track. This selection is definitely a go-to for me after a long, busy day at work. I find myself able to fade away into the measured, mystical sound and rhythm of the bowls.

This is just what I was looking for for coming down off a long day. It's perfect for my 90 minute yoga sessions. This is just the kind of ambiance you'd expect in a massage parlor with the lights down and candles flickering. Each of the tracks are about 20 minutes or so so there's really no distraction between songs. Every maseuse and yoga instructor should have this in their kit!

The tibetan bowls and accompanying music can be haunting at times, The music and themes are very well done. Each track is long running about 20 minutes. The music is soothing and calming. If played just for background music it is excellent but the albun can be a bit repetitive. Excellent for its genre.
