I haven't listened to TOAD since their Scars and Souvenirs album, and that because everything I've heard has been garbage. I recently went and listened to RX, and it's the biggest pile of crap I've ever heard in my life, no joke. Idk why Tyler thinks he's Justin Bieber now, but he's turned into a pandering lazy fk, and I'll give this album a generous 2 star bc nothing can ever be as bad as RX.

There are a few songs on this album that stand out.. drown, Angel, blow (sums up my life). I feel like savages would have been better without alice cooper, he just doesn't have the voice anymore.. this album is easily not their best work

I'm just so-so on Theory of a Deadman. They have a "com-rock" (new word for commercial rock) sound like Nickelback and 3 Doors Down but do express pretty good lyrical content and change things up. But I don't know I just can't get used to this.
The song Angle did it for me

I have only heard this band briefly on some of Pandora's radio stations. I never really bothered to explore them, but all the songs I heard on the radio were always good. I now heard Angel on the Spotify, and I can't tell you how much I loved that song. It had so much emotion, the lyrics were great, and it had such a great feeling to it. I can't even explain it. This one song made me come here to start exploring this band, and I can't say I'm not impressed. They seem like a decent rock band, and I can't wait to explore them. I read some reviews on here and it seems some fans are disappointed with this album, but this album brought me to this band. People may say since I don't really know this band, my review wasn't even legit enough. But even without knowing much about Theory of a Deadman, I definitely see them as a great band.

Umm, what happened!?! I am confused thought this was theory! Well guess sooner or later they had to sell out to the mainstream, kind of like metalica did. I hope they can climb out of this hole they are in and go back to good music like the first two albums.
