I'm getting very tired of people looking at everything the Red Hot Chili Peppers do without John negatively. Yes he was an amazing guitarist, but he is off fullfilling his own musical wishes meanwhile the Chili Pepper's are still creating great music. Love of Your life is ecspecially great!

If you didn't like I'm With You, you probably won't like these two songs. If you did like I'm With You, you'll probably love these two songs. For Anthony, Flea, and Chad, it's not all that much of a departure from being the same guys who recorded Stadium Arcadium and By the Way, and for Josh, it's more of the same excellent work. Love of Your Life is a particularly great riff from Josh, and it's the first RHCP song in waltz time since Porcelain. If you're expecting something that sounds like BSSM, you won't get it. If you're expecting great music from a great band, then this single delivers.

In my book, RHCP can do no wrong. Sure, some songs end up being bigger hits than others, but each one affects me and I've never felt so connected with a band and their music. "Hard to Concentrate" and "Under the Bridge" will forever be my favorites by far, but they continue to rock my world!! Love these B-Sides!

I miss john, but this is still pretty amazing! I actually like these B-sides better than the entire Im With You album.

I think some people are getting carried away with the fact that this doesn't sound "like the Red Hot Chili Peppers". The fact is if you compare their debut album with Stadium Arcadium you will find there is a humongous difference. The same applies here, The Chili Peppers are constantly changing. This was recorded during their I'm With You Sessions, so maybe it wasn't sufficient enough for their album, but they wouldn't have released if they thought it was completely uninspired. They throw away many songs before they strike gold, this two-part isn't one of those.

I've had these 2 songs have been on repeat since they were released! I get chills everytime I listen to both songs, the way Anthony sings them is just unbelievable. The lyrics are incredible too. I personally LOVE Josh, although I, like any other RHCP superfan, miss John to the moon and back. Any hater that has anything bad to say about their newer music is just plain CRAZY. They are stronger than ever. If they keep putting stuff like this have fun eating your words. RHCP is definitely on fire!!!

I honestly get really tired of reading people spewing their negativity about a band they claim to like. John is not coming back. Get over it already. Josh is an incredibly talented and amazing musician. His style is obviously different but he still rocks. They have evolved. You aren't going to get the same crazy energy they brought in their 20's or 30's. With the exception of Josh these guys are pushing 50. They fact they still sound so good and rock out so hard is pretty amazing. To call anything they put out total crap is a joke. Last time I checked they were still on a tour and selling out shows around the world. These B-sides are as good or better than the songs on I'm With You and clearly show that each of the guys can still bring it, especially Josh who continues to get better by the minute. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but if yours is so blah why not spare devoted fans your misery and just let us enjoy our favorite band for who and what they are now. RHCP will always be awesome.

The peppers aren't the funky thrusters they used to be and I appreciate that... My taste in music has grown with them, and I'm glad they can evolve while maintaining some of the most inspired lyrics ever to grace our ears.
