    If you are looking for a challenging workout that will test your limits, this is the one to get! Rachel has acheived something here that takes interval training to the next level. It will work you hard but also allow for "rest" periods..if you follow her directions, and push yourself, you will get some of the best cardio of your life. I turned 50 in November and thanks to Rachel, I am in the best shape of my life. This workout is good for both people new to spinning and those who have been doing it for a while..buy it!

    I've had the pleasure of being able to attend Rachel's classes in person and she really is incredible. I've moved away but was so happy to be able to have this to ride to as it's like I'm right there in the room with her again. The ride is a challenging, high intensity, heart pumping, cardio burn that allows you to customize your ride to your goals. I hope this is the first of many more to come. Bravo!!

    Excellent spin class. Now, when I don't like the spin instructor or need to get my cycling training in when it is more convenient I can just plug into Rachel, get on the bike and have an awesome workout. You want motivation, then Rachel is it. Whether a novice or advance indoor or outdoor cyclist Rachel will bring your training up to the next level.

    Rachel's indoor ride took my coaching and workouts to another level. The profile of six descending intervals is challenging but effective. The music makes you want to move out of the saddle and the workout leaves you feeling like you rode with purpose and passion in your pedals. Highly recommended for those looking to ride indoors and out. Prepare to feel energized, invigorated, and inspired when the hour is over.
